Quick guidance for joining rooms, submitting code, and understanding results.
Building your answer: use the editor to write HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your code does not need to be identical to another student or to the admin source. What matters is the final rendered output, including layout, spacing, colors, typography, borders, radius, and interaction behavior.
Submitting: use Submit & Check before time runs out. The arena saves your trusted score and score details so progress remains stable after refresh. If your screen freezes or you lose connection, rejoin the room and submit again if the match is still active.
Fair play: players MUST NOT RIGHT CLICK OR THEY ARE DISQUALIFIED. Players must not use Inspect, view page source, or use developer-tool shortcuts during arena matches. The target should be studied visually, not by reading page code or hidden hints.
Understanding scores: the score compares the output against the target and also checks important CSS groups such as typography, color, layout, spacing, shape, and alignment. Small details like borders, shadows, and radius can move your percentage.
Need help: send Feedback for suggestions and non-urgent issues. Use Report for urgent scoring, safety, access, or tournament problems.
